Listen To Her Heart: The Tom Petty Experience

Listen To Her Heart: The Tom Petty Experience is a tribute band dedicated to honoring the legendary musician Tom Petty and his iconic music. With their spot on renditions and passionate performances, Listen to Her Heart captures the essence and spirit of Tom Petty’s sound, taking audiences on a nostalgic journey through his incredible career.

Close to You: The Music of the Carpenters

Considered one of the best vocalists of all time, Karen Carpenter captured the attention of a generation with the surprisingly deep material of her unabashedly catchy pop music. Singer and playwright Lisa Rock has compiled a moving tribute to the music and life of Carpenter, and brings it to the stage with her 6-piece backing band. Dedicated to re-creating the true sound of The Carpenters, Rock and her band showcase some of the most memorable songs of the 70s including ‘We’ve Only Just Begun’, ‘Rainy Days and Mondays’, and of course ‘Close to You’.

Red Hot Chilli Pipers

It’s The Red Hot Chilli PIPERS – (NOT the Peppers!) — a 9-piece ensemble consisting of pipers, guitarists, keyboards, and drummers — who have been rocking the world from New York to Beijing to Melbourne and everywhere in between with musicianship of the highest order and a passion for pipes that will leave you breathless. The band has four music degrees from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and all the pipers and drummers have played at the top level in bagpiping.

Alive Again: A Tribute to Chicago

Alive Again is made up of the finest musicians from the midwest who share one common passion: keeping the music of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Chicago ALIVE! In doing so, Alive Again has made the commitment to keeping the instrumentation, presentation, sound, and the spirit of Chicago alive. From the classic piano riffs to their evolution from gritty grooves to power ballads, from the passionate vocals to thrashing guitar solos, it is all here! And a tight three-piece horn section to top it all off! Alive Again will take you on a memorable trip down memory lane and have you singing every song along all the way!

The MadHatters

The MadHatters began in 1997, as the first a cappella on the UW campus. There are two schools of thought on the origin of the MadHatters: first, that the founding members loved to sing, and formed the group after choir rehearsals. The other, that the founders needed a way to fund their libation habits, discovered they could sing, and began charging people for concerts. We don’t know if either is true, but that, as they say, is Hatters History.
