Started in San Francisco in 1973, Journey has continued to create music and tour throughout their career. Sixteen studio albums, three live albums, and one of the best-selling greatest hits albums of all time helped them secure a place in music history. Soon to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Journey is coming to the Resch Center on March 27, 2017.
Providing a night of amazing music and talent, Journey is joined by 80s progressive rock band Asia. Asia experienced huge success in the early eighties much like Journey with hits such as “Heat of the Moment”. Considered a supergroup (bassist/vocalist John Wetton, drummer Carl Palmer, keyboardist Geoff Downes, and guitarist Steve Howe), fans at the Green Bay concert will notice a change in the lineup for Asia. John Wetton sadly passed away at the end of January from a battle with cancer, however, Wetton’s good friend Billy Sherwood is filling in (originalasia.com). Professional, seasoned performers, Journey and Asia are sure to give audience members an awesome concert experience.
